A Calcium Carbonate Producer Company was looking for a way to containerize its hard-to-flow, cohesive material in bulk form with container liners. It also wanted to improve their loading and unloading processes, to ensure that valuable business opportunities weren’t slipping through their fingers. The BULK-FLOW handling systems – the combination of loading and unloading equipment – seemed like the perfect choice. The Straight Mass Flow Hopper transferred 250kg per minute of Calcium Carbonate from a 20ft container to 6MT silo (used for transloading to FIBCs) using a tilting chassis.
